Product Description

Double-side Thick copper PCB Board, Base Material: FR4 TG170, KB6167 material. copper thickneess 6oz finished. surface treatment HASL 1-30um. with green soldermask. Finish board thickness 2.2mm.min hole copper thickness 30um. 10-UP with routed & v-cut. E-test: 100%.

The double-side-board is one of the most products we produce. Our double-sided plate thickness can be treated from the 0.2-5.0mm. unit size can be 5*5mm to 500*550mm. We can do the surface treatment can be ENIG, HASL, LF-HASL, Immersion Tin,Immersion silver,Flash Gold(Gold plating), OSP and etc.

Copper thickness can be: 1-10 oz Outer and 0.5-8 oz inner.
